Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Tea House reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing & Payments: Prices are listed in INR. Payments must be made via available secure gateways at checkout.
Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location (3-7 business days).
Delivery Charges: Orders above Rs 799 qualify for free delivery. Orders below Rs 799 will be charged a delivery fee of Rs 99 + applicable GST.
User Conduct: You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to hack, damage, or interrupt our service.
Modifications: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of any changes.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your tea! If you are not satisfied, here's how we can help:

Returns: Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Process: Email us at support@teahouse.in with your order ID and issue. We will arrange a return pickup (if applicable) and process your refund or replacement.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened tea packets, customized gift sets, or used accessories are non-refundable.
